O'Donnell's totalhealth Pharmacy, Charlestown was established in 1940 by Jack O'Donnell. Jack and his wife Nancy ran the business for over 50 years. Jack and Nancy retired from the business in 1997 and the business was bought by their daughter Nuala and her husband Ian Johnson, both pharmacists. Since 1997, Ian & Nuala have been developing the business, by building a purpose built pharmacy on the original site and purchased a second pharmacy in Swinford in 2003.
